Upon arriving in Charleston over 36 years ago, Keith immediately knew he had found his home. Keith is a firm believer the Charleston coast offers the perfect combination of climate, culture, industry, hospitality, and scenic beauty. When asked why he loves real estate so much, Keith replied, “The Charleston coast sells itself, and I feel very blessed to see my clients realizing their lifelong dream to live here, just as I have.”
Although Keith represents buyers and sellers all over the Charleston coast, his specialty is Folly Beach - and it shows. Over the past 23 years, no other real estate agent has sold more property on Folly. $175 million dollars in sales with no end in sight! The truth is, Nobody knows Folly Beach better!
During his spare time, Keith enjoys paddle boarding and fishing with his children and volunteering with youth at Seacoast Church and local public schools. His favorite event is Low Country Orphan Relief's annual beach day for children on Folly Beach.
